About the Role

We are looking for an Academic Programme Executive to help build and improve structured finance education programmes focused on investing, trading, and personal finance. This is primarily a curriculum-focused role for someone who has a strong understanding of financial markets and can translate complex concepts into clear, structured, and engaging learning experiences for retail learners.

Responsibilities

Curriculum development

• Design and structure end-to-end finance courses
• Convert complex financial concepts into beginner-friendly learning journeys
• Create module structures, session plans, and instructor briefs
• Build practical and outcome-oriented curriculum instead of purely theoretical content

Academic quality control

• Review and improve existing courses and learning sessions
• Identify weak explanations, outdated concepts, and content gaps
• Ensure all educational material meets clarity and quality standards
• Continuously improve learner experience and course effectiveness

Live sessions and mentorship

• Conduct workshops and live sessions when required
• Teach topics related to trading, investing, mutual funds, and personal finance
• Simplify concepts for beginner and intermediate learners

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Indian stock markets and personal finance
• Ability to structure and simplify complex concepts effectively
• Experience in fintech, edtech, trading education, or finance-related roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or curriculum development is preferred
• Proficiency in Malayalam language is needed
